TRONSCAN Reputation System
Currently, TRONSCAN classifies tokens into five levels of reputation based on information completeness, community feedback and whether they are exchangeable on SunSwap.
Unknown
The default reputation rating for a newly listed token is "Unknown". Even if a token provides the required information after its successful issuance—namely the official website, logo, official contact email, white paper URL, and at least one social media link—it will still retain the "Unknown" rating.
Neutral
To receive a "Neutral" rating, a token needs to meet the following requirements:
- 1) Required information of the token, including the official website, logo, official contact email, white paper URL, and at least one social media link, has been added.
- 2) The contract source code has been verified. If the project team has special reasons to not publicly disclose or verify the source code, please contact us to clarify.
- 3) The public profiles of the project founder and team members have been disclosed on the official website.
- 4) The project team needs to maintain one or more active social media or community communication channels.
- 5) The token is not flagged as "Unsafe" or "Scam".
OK
To receive an "OK" rating, a token needs to meet the following necessary requirements:
- 1) The token has met the qualification for the "Neutral" rating.
- 2) The token has been listed on SunSwap.
- 3) The token's liquidity on SunSwap is greater than $500,000 and its 24-hour trading volume is over $50,000.
- 4) Total holdings of the token's top 10 holders (excluding exchange addresses and contract addresses) should not be greater than 20% of its total supply.
- 5) The project needs to have no less than three months of public promotion and an active community. Proof of community engagement is required.
- 6) The project needs to have clear goals and roadmaps with supporting documentation.
Suspicious
There have been reports of scam/phishing/fraud/spam or misrepresentation of information related to this token that has not been adequately addressed and/or other 'red' flags. Such token is assessed as suspicious by TRONSCAN and cannot be found on the search page.
Unsafe
Tokens given an unsafe reputation have the following attributes: there have been substantial reports of scam/phishing/fraud/spam or misrepresentation of information related to this token that has not been adequately addressed and/or large amounts of other red 'flags', or there have been cases where the project team is disbanded, the official website and community are left long unmaintained, or the project team is charged with gross violation of laws and regulations. TRONSCAN sees such token as highly risky and won’t display them on the search page.
